Chapter 14
Operating rules
This appendix collects the detailed operating rules summarized in the main chapters. They are proposals to agree with the Zetaverse operator and service partners, not launched features or signed contracts, and they change through new versions of this whitepaper and operating-policy revisions.
Zetaverse operations
The detailed operating tables behind the Business model summary.
Operating layers and service deliverables
The Zetaverse operator's work is organized into six layers, with materials to pass from each step to the next. Actual feature availability will be described in operating updates.
Operating layer | Core work | Service deliverables |
|---|---|---|
Creator database | Organize information by niche, audience, platform, region, readiness and history | Profiles within the agreed disclosure scope, portfolios and filtered candidate lists |
Readiness assessment | Check evidence of brief execution and constraints rather than follower counts | Findings by assessment item, development tasks and notes on campaign fit |
Creator development | Improve profiles, content, monetization, rights literacy and reliability | Updated profiles and samples, campaign-readiness checklists and completion records |
CRM · automation | Track leads, sign-up, onboarding, activation and opportunities | Consent and progress records, follow-up tasks, conversion and drop-off reports |
Campaign engine | Manage brief, matching, proposal, contract, delivery, approval and report | Agreed briefs and contracts, delivery, revision and approval records, reports and settlement materials |
Performance history | Record deadlines, revisions, quality and campaign results on a consistent basis | Creator- and brief-level performance records, reasons for redeployment and improvements for the next campaign |
Readiness assessment and matching criteria
The proposed assessment records evidence, development needs and fit for each brief. It does not set follower count as the sole pass condition or prescribe one score or weighting for every campaign.
Assessment item | Evidence to review | Use in matching and development |
|---|---|---|
Positioning · audience | Topics, languages, region, platforms and available audience information | Fit with the brief's product, market and content objectives |
Content samples | Original samples, format, quality, clarity and required production skills | Ability to meet deliverable and quality requirements, and any production support needed |
Response · deadlines · revisions | Responses to requests, schedule confirmation, submission and revision history | Availability and reliability through communication and delivery |
Monetization paths and commercial terms
The direction is to define the brand's problem and the work to be delivered first, then agree compensation and settlement for that scope. Training prepares creator supply; registration or training participation is not treated as brand revenue.
Monetization path | Work whose compensation would be agreed | Items to separate before contracting |
|---|---|---|
Campaign · production operations | Creator selection and coordination, UGC and branded production, delivery and reporting | Creator compensation, production and operating fees, media spend and reimbursable costs |
Affiliate · live commerce | Sales referrals, live hosting, referral links and codes | Attribution period, orders, cancellations and returns, and settlement evidence |
Market entry · localization services | Local creator sourcing, language and content localization, launch campaigns |
How campaign economics would be assessed
The proposal is to separate business compensation from creator payments, media spend and expenses administered on behalf of others, and to record direct production and operating costs and time spent for each campaign. The whole campaign budget would not be presented as platform revenue or profit.
Operating decisions would consider business compensation after separating pass-through payments, less direct costs borne by the business from that compensation, alongside time spent. Direct costs considered would include contractually borne creator compensation, production, localization, operations and payment costs, without subtracting already separated pass-through payments twice. Detailed categories would follow the contracts and accounting treatment, with revisions, non-payment, cancellation, creator replacement and cross-border work also assessed.
Repeat brand demand, reductions in sourcing and review time for similar campaigns, and the ability to cover direct costs would inform expansion. NVEX reward budgets would be recorded separately from business payments and direct costs so token transfers are not confused with cash revenue or profit.
Performance measurement and matching feedback
The proposed approach agrees objectives, calculation rules, measurement periods and source data at campaign start, then records results on the same basis. These definitions are proposals, not achieved results or confirmed numerical targets.
Metric | Definition and interpretation | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
Lead → sign-up · onboarding conversion | Share of the same source and period completing the next step, with the denominator stated for each step | Lead sources and sign-up and onboarding records with duplicates identified |
Readiness · campaign placement | Distinguish assessed readiness from actual acceptance and placement | Item-level assessments, candidate proposals, acceptance and placement records |
On-time delivery · completion | Count delivery by the agreed date separately from final acceptance |
Token economy operating details
The following proposed rules guide checks of payouts, service supply, refunds and budgets. Total payouts count each actual reward payment without deducting returns. A payout group collects people rewarded in the same period for observation. Service capacity, group analysis and payout limits are approval policies, not an implemented automated enforcement engine or smart-contract control.
Distribution: only for verified contributions
Registration, wallet linking, holdings and trading volume alone do not earn rewards, and there is no holding interest or staking yield. Payouts link approved budgets to the operator's review records.
Contribution | Evidence | Proposed treatment |
|---|---|---|
Training | Completion of the 14-day or another program | Amount announced for the program |
Readiness | Verified milestone | Milestone amount with duplicate prevention |
Proposed initial services and catalog
Service candidate | Proposed deliverable | Scope boundaries |
|---|---|---|
Creator Profile Clinic | Profile and portfolio feedback and revision recommendations for commercial packaging | Advice and feedback separate from basic assessment and selection; sessions, review scope and output format set in the catalog |
Production Support | Editing, subtitles, localization, studio or equipment support where supply can be agreed | Offer only secured services by scope and provider, rather than promising all forms of support as a bundle |
Proposed prices, capacity and the first quarterly budget are in "Stage 1 pilot figures" in Token economy. The proposed catalog would publish the following before launch. Fan access is not an initial service; it would be considered separately after Stage 2 rights agreements and delivery conditions are in place.
Proposed creator reward operations
Reward integration starts with reviewing work against campaign-specific terms and recording the basis for payment. The following is a proposed model for the NVEX Foundation and the operator to agree; amounts, schedules and final responsibilities would be announced with operating conditions.
Design item | Proposed direction |
|---|---|
Eligibility · participation | Announce the audience, acceptance, required account and wallet, and country-specific conditions for each campaign or program |
Reward calculation | Set amounts, calculation basis and caps for each campaign according to scope, agreed deliverables, review criteria and budget |
Budget · funding | Agree a reward budget from existing NVEX and the party providing it, distinguishing it from business payments and creator compensation under campaign contracts |
Review · approval | The operator organizes work and review records; the approval party designated by contract confirms eligibility, results and amount |
Proposed token-pilot measurement definitions
Metric | Definition to agree in advance | Evidence and limits |
|---|---|---|
Service-use rate among reward recipients | Share of the payout group paid within the observation period who complete a service under the same observation rules | Link payout, order and delivery records; state dates and duplicate and cancellation handling |
Repeat use | Share of completed-service users completing a later order, and the time to reuse | Separate new and repeat orders, incomplete work and refunds |
Reward-linked reuse · total receipts | Reconcile payout-month groups with order and reward ledgers separately from total receipts | Disclose the 120-day window and observation status; wallet balances do not prove token provenance |
Counterparties, release and total outflows across all pools
Complete this control table before spending. Proposed shares remain unchanged, but a pool does not spend while annual/quarterly plans and total outflow limits without deducting returns are unset. Same-nature contribution rewards share the annual total reward payout cap regardless of source pool.
Pool | Counterparty · budget purpose | Release · actual outward-payment conditions |
|---|---|---|
Rewards 40% | Reviewed recipients and campaigns; brands designate quotas | Proposed unlocked pool; disclose annual total reward payout cap, quarterly and personal limits and annual/quarterly outflow plans |
Services · partners 15% | Specified contributors in public programs; record source and approval | Release and annual/quarterly outflow limits unset: no spending until confirmed; contribution rewards share the cap |
Market expansion 10% | Task or milestone recipients who consent to token grants |
Proposed token flow and reallocation
The flow is approved quarterly reward budget → reviewed payout → voluntary creator order → direct NVEX ecosystem receipt → confirmed delivery and refund/dispute closure → eligible base-model reallocation. Direct-receipt exceptions count only contractual returns actually received.
Step | Proposed handling | Verification records |
|---|---|---|
Budget approval | Check service-specific capacity and secured cash within the annual total reward payout cap covering same-nature rewards from every pool | Approver, budget, period, recipients, remaining cap and availability by service |
Review · payout | Confirm contribution reward conditions separately from contractual compensation | Campaign, review, recipient account and wallet, amount and transaction hash |
Voluntary use | Creator selects a catalog service or decides not to spend |
Separate cash flow and service costs
These are proposed fund flows once agreements and funding are secured, not a statement of confirmed brand revenue or cash support today.
Cash flow | Proposed purpose and separation |
|---|---|
Actual brand payments → contractual payouts and business costs | Contractual creator compensation, production and operating costs, and any service budget agreed by contract; settled separately from additional NVEX rewards |
Separately agreed foundation · operator · sponsor budgets → service supply | Cash costs of available services, provider payments and cost reserves |
Agreed cost budget → gas · refund handling | Agree in advance who funds and handles network costs for payouts, returns and refunds |
Returning service tokens to the foundation does not create cash for staff, facilities, editing or localization. Token receipts and reallocation would not be presented as new market demand or cash revenue. Additional rewards would not be expanded before service costs, refund budgets and capacity are secured.
Decisions required for allocation and payout caps
These are the items to settle before confirming the proposed allocation in Tokenomics and starting the first distribution. It does not change current allocation or lockup facts; approved quantities and schedules would be reflected after separate decisions and disclosure.
Decision | Items to set before starting |
|---|---|
Reward budget · period | Total approved limit from existing treasury, spending period, approvers and unused-budget treatment |
Campaign · recipient caps | Campaign limit, eligibility and amount rules, and duplicate-payout prevention |
Service capacity | Fixed catalog NVEX amounts, secured slots, supply costs and existing booking obligations |
Cash · refund funding | Funding commitments and receipt verification, costs, gas, refunds and dispute reserves |
Proposed exchange of campaign results
The design maintains a boundary between reviewing source campaign evidence and verifying token payouts.
Data to exchange | Proposed purpose |
|---|---|
Campaign identifier · terms version | Identify the campaign and participation and review conditions applied |
Work and review outcome · approval basis | Link the operator's findings with the reason for payout approval |
Recipient account · linked wallet · amount | Compare the payout recipient with NVEX's wallet ownership verification record |
Payout status · transaction hash | Check duplicates, unprocessed items and failures and connect them with on-chain records |
Exchange permissions, change and correction history, duplicate prevention and retention scope are items to agree with the operator. Personal and commercial source data would be handled within the scope needed for the work; public disclosures would distinguish information approved for payout and transaction reporting. This does not describe a currently operating automatic review or settlement integration.
Proposed collaboration and handoffs
Work | Role in the proposed collaboration | Handoff and verification records |
|---|---|---|
Brand requirements · contracting | The operator organizes terms with brands and creators and identifies contracting parties | Brief, contract, work scope and rights |
Delivery · review | The operator collects materials and records confirmation by the contractually designated approver, such as the brand | Deliverables and reasons for revisions, approval or rejection |
Reward terms · budget | The operator and NVEX agree conditions, funding, approval and payout responsibility | Campaign reward terms, budget and approval basis |
Token payout · verification |
Proposed service receipt · return · shutdown responsibilities
Work | Responsibility and funding to specify in contracts |
|---|---|
Catalog supply | Actual operator or partner scope, slots, costs, deadlines and support contact |
Optional additional rewards | NVEX Foundation and operator budget approval, review and payout roles, and separation from contractual compensation |
Service receipt · refunds | Official receiving-wallet management and reconciliation, non-delivery, cancellation, completed work, gas, refund contact and reserves |
Foundation returns · reallocation | Returnable amounts and timing, refund and dispute reserves, voluntary transfer and approval after actual receipt |
Suspension · exit | Responsible parties, funding, deadlines and notices for confirmed unpaid rewards, accepted bookings and refunds |
Operating-policy revisions and document · PDF references
Routine reward, catalog and quarterly-budget changes use separate policy revisions rather than rewriting the whitepaper each time. Structural, rights or allocation changes that alter the text require a new whitepaper version and disclosure.
Policy record | Retention and display rule |
|---|---|
Revision identifier | Unique identifiers such as ECO-0001, with proposed or confirmed status |
Reference · effective date | Proposals have a reference date, not confirmed activation; confirmed effective registration accepts today or past dates only |
Change basis | Korean and English explanations, before/after tables and linked disclosure |
Application boundary | New orders and uncommitted budgets; no retroactive changes to approved rewards or accepted bookings |
History · document link |
Pilot exit and partnership shutdown handling
Confirmed unpaid additional rewards would be handled by the parties and funding specified in campaign approvals and agreements. Accepted service bookings would be fulfilled as agreed or handled under the disclosed same-quantity refund process. Exceptions for completed work and gas would be limited to advance consent. Refund reserves for related bookings and disputes would not be reallocated. Exit notices would identify the cutoff for new requests, payout, booking and refund contacts and deadlines, and support and appeal channels.
Unused NVEX in a wallet would remain at the holder's discretion. Ending a partnership would not by itself expire tokens or guarantee cash buyback or replacement services.
Optional card and payment infrastructure
Crypto cards and payment rails in the business materials are optional areas for review to support creator payouts and cross-border commerce. Items to assess include issuer and payment-provider roles, countries supported, KYC/AML, fund flows and settlement, conversion, fees and limits, errors, loss, cancellations and user information handling. Providers, conditions and whether to launch would be determined and announced separately, distinct from the NVEX website's current wallet ownership verification and balance lookup.
Stage 1 building blocks
Building block | What it creates | Evidence needed |
|---|---|---|
Creator acquisition | Reliable creator supply by niche and region | Conversion and cost by source |
Profile · readiness scoring | A searchable, comparable creator inventory | Scores that track real execution |
Creator journey · packaging | Campaign-ready profiles, samples and commercial discipline | Completion rates and reliability |
Brand workflow | Search, proposal, contract, offer, delivery, report |
Evidence for moving from Stage 1 to Stage 2
The proposed gate is for the operator to gather the following evidence before selective expansion, rather than advancing on sign-up scale alone. Review periods and numerical thresholds would be set using pilot data and contractual conditions.
Area | Evidence to assess | Decision for the next stage |
|---|---|---|
Repeatable supply | Recruitment, assessment, activation and placements using consistent criteria | Check dependence on personal connections or one-off events |
Completion · reliability | Brief, contract, delivery, approval, report and settlement history | Check whether readiness assessments predict delivery, quality and reporting |
Paid · repeat demand | Actual paid transactions, follow-up briefs and contracts | Separate free pilots and inquiries from repeat commercial demand |
