| Price volatility and loss | Value may fall sharply or be lost entirely. |
| Liquidity | There is no guarantee you can trade or convert at the time or price you want. |
| Business | Uses are in preparation or design; plans may change or not happen. Without uses and a cash budget in place, distributed tokens may go unused and circulation may not happen, and the proposed allocation shares and annual total reward payout cap may change as they are confirmed. |
| Admin permissions | Freeze, lock, pause and recovery permissions exist and are currently held by one wallet. |
| Smart contract | Undiscovered bugs may exist, and there is no third-party audit report yet. |
| Security and impersonation | Losses from leaked keys, phishing or fake tokens cannot be reversed. |
| Blockchain network | Network outages or fee spikes can delay or fail transactions. |
| Regulation | Rules differ by country and may change, which can restrict use in some places. |
