BHCT is the NVEX Foundation’s token, a BEP-20 token issued on BNB Smart Chain. Before you receive, hold or move BHCT, read the risks below and decide for yourself. This notice cannot cover every risk.
Virtual assets are highly volatile, and their value can fall sharply or be lost entirely. The NVEX Foundation does not promise or predict the price of or returns on BHCT.
There is no guarantee that you can buy, sell or exchange BHCT when you want, at the price you want. There may be no place to trade it, or trading volume may be low.
BHCT’s uses are being designed in Zetaverse, the platform the NVEX Foundation operates, and no feature is live yet. Business plans may change or not be achieved, and uses may disappear because of the foundation’s or the platform’s circumstances, such as a shutdown or financial difficulty.
The BHCT contract has admin powers. Admins can freeze an address, lock part of an address’s balance, pause all transfers, or move a set amount to the treasury wallet without the holder’s approval. These powers are currently held by a single wallet, and any change to them will be disclosed.
Smart contracts may contain undiscovered errors. There is currently no third-party security audit report. Errors in outside software such as wallets, browsers and block explorers can also cause losses.
Losses from hacking, phishing, malware, or a lost or leaked private key or recovery phrase cannot be reversed. Fake tokens and fake channels may use the same name and logo, so check only the official contract address and official channels posted on this website.
Outages, delays or higher fees on BNB Smart Chain can delay or fail transactions. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once executed, and tokens sent to a wrong address or network may be hard to recover.
Virtual asset regulations differ by country and can change. Changes may restrict receiving, using or moving BHCT in some countries or regions.
Plans and outlooks on this website, in the whitepaper and in disclosures may change. Material changes are published with dates on the disclosure board, so check the latest disclosures before you decide.
Receiving or moving BHCT may create tax obligations in your country. You are responsible for your own taxes.
