Differences from the whitepaper and risk notice
Whitepaper v1.9 and disclosure #15 assumed the same structure as the former BHCT contract and described "a fixed supply with no proxy upgrade and no transfer fee". The NVEX contract can be upgraded and can have fees and trading rules set, as listed above. This disclosure takes precedence, and the whitepaper and risk notice will be corrected in their next versions.
Future disclosures
We will disclose, with reasons, any movement of tokens out of the treasury wallet, any change in the wallet holding admin powers, and any change to fees or trading rules. Any scheduled upgrade will be disclosed before it is executed. The handling of the former 1,000,000,000 BHCT will be disclosed separately once decided.
