Supplement: registration of operating tables and Whitepaper v1.6

Disclosures #9 (ECO-0001) and #10 (ECO-0002) were published at 04:06 UTC on 5 November 2026. Whitepaper v1.6 and disclosure #11 were published at 04:08 UTC that day. Disclosure #10 referred to v1.6 approximately two minutes before that whitepaper was published. The v1.6 text is retained in the original document record; the Korean and English PDFs remain available in the public change history. These items were registered directly by a maintenance deployment script. Creator/publisher account identifiers were not recorded for disclosures #9, #10 and #11 or Whitepaper v1.6; creator account identifiers were not recorded for operating revisions 1 and 2. Empty fields are not evidence of approval by a particular administrator. The original text, publication times and operating tables are retained; no administrator is assigned retrospectively. Publication of documents and disclosures and revisions of operating tables through the current administrator interface records the signed-in administrator account identifier. This supplement was also registered through maintenance deployment requested by the user and is distinct from human approval through the administrator interface. The tables remain proposals and do not establish a signed partnership, live services or actual payouts.
