Whitepaper v1.7: BHCT rationale and readability
Whitepaper v1.7 published
Explained the operating rationale for BHCT and its role in Zetaverse before alternatives and conditions. Simplified operational details and corrected section references, annual gross rewards payout cap terminology and the current full treasury holding. Changing operating figures are read from the operating tables. Partnership, service and numerical proposals and operating revision ECO-0002 are retained. The text leads with five roles: a common unit across participants, wallet holding, fixed supply, public payout records and connecting rewards with services. It distinguishes wallet holding from administrative powers, token holding from service terms, and fixed supply from a guarantee of value. This web/PDF update and disclosure were registered through a maintenance deployment requested by the user. They are distinct from publication through the administrator interface; no administrator account identifier has been assigned retrospectively.
